Janay is from Northumberland and a lifelong Newcastle United fan — which means she is well trained in loyalty, optimism, and the occasional heartbreak (yes, she cried when they won the Carabao cup).
She has been in recruitment for 5 years and has covered both construction & M&E. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with family & friends and going on holiday.
Originally from Burnley, Rob's been in Manchester since 2013 so is an adopted Manc.
Over 13 years in recruitment, he has supplied staff into the NHS, Big Tech and now the Construction Industry. He's definitely found his niche and loves nothing more than getting out to sites and seeing how things are built.
Outside of work, he loves to cook, read and play (all types of) sport. And as with so many in their mid-30's, he's also discovered the joys(!) of distance running.
Ben is from Leeds and a long suffering season ticket holder at Elland Road. He enjoys hiking, playing tennis and the odd bit of DJ-ing.
He started in Construction recruitment in 2003 which is now becoming longer than some of our staff have been alive! Ben has worked across all sectors in the market including Construction, M&E , Civils and White Collar.
From Wolverhampton originally and an avid Wolves fan, Adam joined us in August 2025 and handles the resourcing on the M+E desk.
Outside of the office he can often be found on a football pitch, in the stands or at a gig!
